Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim
1. Opening
Beloved religious friends whom Allah loves, in existential psychology, the most solid inner peace is found when a person believes in a “Supreme Power” beyond human control. Scientifically, when human logic can no longer provide answers to the chaos of the world, our inner self needs a spiritual anchor. The awareness that God exists can lower stress hormones (cortisol) and give us the mental strength to endure. No matter how complex the problems we face, in the view of “Divine Physics,” Allah needs only one variable—“_Kun_”—to change the entire outcome in an instant.2. Explanation (Scriptural Foundation & Analogy)
Belief in Allah’s absolute power and His real help is reflected in the following evidences:
A. On Allah’s Authority Over All Things:
قُلِ اللّٰهُمَّ مٰلِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشَاۤءُ
“Say, ‘O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will…’
”B. On the Certainty of Allah’s Help:
وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ النَّصْرَ مَعَ الصَّبْرِ، وَأَنَّ الْفَرَجَ مَعَ الْكَرْبِ
“And know that victory comes with patience, and relief comes with hardship.”Life is like a chessboard. The enemy may feel they have cornered our position, but they forget there is an “Invisible Hand” holding the board. The Owner of the Board can shake it or reverse the pieces in one unexpected move. As long as the Owner is on our side, never feel defeated even if the pieces are falling.
3. Lessons and Message
Do not let the narrative of the world’s cruelty make you forget the existence of the Creator. Our moral stance is to keep believing that above the criminal plans of humans, there is the plan of Allah, the Most Just. History records how devastating the Mongol and Tatar invasions were—turning rivers black with ink and red with blood. Human logic at that time thought Islam had ended. Yet Allah showed His power: the conquering Mongols ultimately submitted and embraced Islam. This is proof that God is able to turn the cruelest enemy into a defender of His religion.We can be funny sometimes; we panic immensely over tyrants as if they own the keys to the universe. Yet, no matter how powerful a tyrant is, he still needs free oxygen and still winces from a toothache. How can we be more afraid of someone who can get a toothache than of the Creator of the tooth itself? Rest assured, God is not sleeping; He is only giving respite so that we learn patience.
4. Conclusion
All praise is for Allah for His existence. Speak about the hardships of the world, but never forget that Allah is Ever-Present. He is the Lord who protected Islam when the Tatars attacked, and He is the same Lord who will protect His ummah today. Remain steadfast, because the equation of this world always ends in victory for those who have taqwa. May blessings and peace be continuously showered upon our master Muhammad, whose promises are true and who is trustworthy.
